  • Naturopathy and Yoga

Naturopathy and yoga complement each other wonderfully: While naturopathy brings body, mind and soul into balance with gentle, individual therapy methods, yoga creates a space for inner peace, strength and self-awareness through movement, breathing and mindfulness. In our practice, we combine classic naturopathic methods - such as herbal medicine, homeopathy, spagyrics, acupuncture or manual techniques - with the principles of yoga to support healing processes on all levels. The focus is not just on symptoms, but on the person as a whole. Naturopathy strengthens... the body's self-healing powers the metabolism, the immune system and organ functions the regulation of stress, exhaustion and chronic complaints Yoga promotes... mindfulness, inner stability and mobility breathing, energy flow and body awareness emotional balance and mental clarity Synergistic approach: Yoga can not only be practiced alongside naturopathic treatment, but can also help to strengthen body awareness and integrate healing impulses more deeply. Conversely, naturopathy helps to release blockages that become noticeable on the yoga mat

  • Sound Yoga

Vibrations that touch. Immerse yourself in the healing world of sound and allow gentle vibrations to guide you into deep relaxation and inner balance. Sound massages, sound journeys, and communal mantra chanting open spaces for regeneration and inner peace. During a **sound massage**, singing bowls are placed directly on the clothed body or in the energy field. The subtle vibrations penetrate tissue, organs, and cells – blockages can be released, the nervous system calms, and self-healing powers are activated. During a **sound journey**, live sounds and harmonious soundscapes accompany you into a state of deep meditative relaxation. Your thoughts calm down, your mind becomes clear – an ideal counterbalance to hectic everyday life. During **mantra chanting**, you experience the power of the voice and the effect of sacred syllables. Repetitive sound patterns calm the mind, open the heart, and create a deep connection to yourself and the group. Whether individually or in a group – sound touches. Gentle. Deep. Lasting!

  • Yoga

Yoga is far more than just a sequence of physical exercises – it is a holistic way of life that stems from the millennia-old Indian tradition. The goal is to promote inner and outer balance and strengthen one's health on all levels – physical, emotional, mental, and energetic. In my yoga class, you can expect a beneficial combination of initial relaxation, breathing exercises (pranayama), mindfully executed postures (asanas), and a deep final relaxation. The practice is supported by the use of singing bowls, musical instruments, and powerful mantras, which deepen the effect on a subtle level. My group classes are held in small, personal groups with a maximum of seven participants – creating a calm, protected atmosphere in which you can fully connect with yourself. For those seeking an exercise program tailored to their individual needs, I offer private lessons – either in our practice or as a customized practice for at home. Find greater balance, vitality, and inner peace in your own rhythm – we are happy to accompany you on your yoga journey. Om Shanti

  • Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a millennia-old healing method in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is based on the idea that life energy (Qi) flows through the body in a network of pathways (meridians). Blockages in this system can lead to physical and mental ailments. The targeted insertion of fine needles regulates the flow of energy with the goal of relieving pain, activating self-healing, and restoring inner balance. Typical indications: Acute and chronic pain (e.g., back, joints, migraines) Sleep disorders and exhaustion Digestive problems Irregular menstrual cycles and menopausal symptoms Allergies, hay fever, and skin problems Stress, inner restlessness, and emotional imbalances Spagyrics – Plant power in harmony with body, mind, and soul Heidak's spagyrics are a modern form of alchemical herbal medicine. They combine the healing power of plants with a special manufacturing process that activates their physical, energetic, and spiritual effects. The individually formulated spagyric mixtures stimulate self-healing – gently, profoundly and holistically. Typical areas of application: Exhaustion, stress, emotional strain Immune deficiency, susceptibility to infection Chronic complaints and regulatory disorders Support with psychosomatic issues Harmonization of organ functions and internal processes Darkfield microscopy – the living blood count as a mirror of health Darkfield microscopy is a fascinating diagnostic procedure in which a drop of living blood is observed under a special microscope. This allows indications of internal milieu disturbances, stress or regulatory blockages to be visible before overt illnesses appear. The procedure provides valuable inspiration for targeted naturopathic therapy – individual and holistic. Lanthanides, intestinal nosodes and orchid remedies In my practice I use special homeopathic remedies that act on deeper processes – physical, emotional, mental and energetic. These include lanthanides, the intestinal nosodes according to Dr. Edward Bach and the orchid remedies according to Louis Klein. Lanthanides – remedies for clarity, autonomy, and self-leadership. Lanthanides are rare earth elements with specific relevance to topics such as personal responsibility, inner order, and independence. They support people on their path to greater self-determination. Intestinal nosodes according to Dr. Bach – regulation of the environment and immune function. The intestinal nosodes introduced by Edward Bach have a profound connection to the intestinal flora and its influence on the immune system and mental state. They promote regulation in cases of chronic stress, allergies, skin problems, or susceptibility to infection – and support constitutional strengthening on a microbial and spiritual level. Orchid remedies according to Louis Klein – remedies with subtle depth. The homeopathic orchid remedies according to Louis Klein affect spiritual development and emotional balance. They are particularly suitable for people undergoing profound phases of change, spiritual crises, or emotional overload. These remedies promote presence, integration of inner experiences, and the connection to one's own essence.

  • Kinesiology - The body knows the answer

Kinesiology is a holistic method that uses muscle testing to access the body's own knowledge. It helps detect and specifically resolve physical, emotional, or energetic imbalances. Muscle testing precisely reveals what is stressing the body – and what strengthens it. This creates an individually tailored path to balance and self-regulation. Energy work – impulses on a subtle level. Energy work harnesses the natural vibrational fields of the body and consciousness to activate profound healing processes. It works on a subtle, invisible level – beyond words, beyond the mind. This work supports balance in the energetic field, releases old blockages, and strengthens the inner connection to calm, clarity, and the flow of life.

  • Sotaiho - The Art of Natural Movement

Sotaiho is a Japanese body therapy that combines gentle, pain-free movements with breathing and mindfulness. The goal is to resolve muscular imbalances and poor posture that restrict energy flow and mobility. Instead of working against pain, Sotaiho embraces lightness—thus activating the body's own self-healing powers in a completely natural way. Typical indications: Back pain and neck tension, posture problems and restricted movement, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, stress-related muscle tension, and support for functional complaints.
