Sound Yoga
Vibrations that touch you. Immerse yourself in the healing world of sound and let gentle vibrations guide you into deep relaxation and inner balance. Sound massages, sound journeys, and communal mantra chanting open spaces of regeneration and inner peace. In **sound massage**, singing bowls are placed directly on the clothed body or within the energy field. The subtle vibrations penetrate tissues, organs, and cells – blockages can dissolve, the nervous system calms down, and self-healing powers are activated. In **sound journey**, live sounds and harmonious soundscapes accompany you into a state of deep meditative relaxation. Thoughts quiet down, the mind becomes clear – an ideal counterbalance to the hectic pace of everyday life. In **mantra chanting**, you experience the power of the voice and the effect of sacred syllables. Repetitive sound patterns calm the mind, open the heart, and create a deep connection to yourself and the group. Whether individually or in a group – sound touches you. Gently. Deeply. Sustainably!

Naturopathy and Yoga
Naturopathy and yoga complement each other beautifully: While naturopathy uses gentle, individualized therapies to balance body, mind, and soul, yoga, through movement, breath, and mindfulness, creates a space for inner peace, strength, and self-awareness. In our practice, we combine classic naturopathic methods—such as herbal medicine, homeopathy, spagyrics, acupuncture, and manual techniques—with the principles of yoga to support healing processes on all levels. The focus is not only on symptoms, but on the individual as a whole. Naturopathy strengthens… the body's self-healing powers, metabolism, the immune system, and organ function; the regulation of stress, exhaustion, and chronic conditions. Yoga promotes… mindfulness, inner stability and flexibility; breathing, energy flow, and body awareness; emotional balance and mental clarity. Synergetic approach: Yoga can not only be practiced alongside naturopathic treatment, but can also help strengthen body awareness and integrate healing impulses more deeply. Conversely, naturopathy helps to release blockages that become noticeable on the yoga mat.

Yoga
Yoga is far more than just a sequence of physical exercises – it's a holistic way of life rooted in the millennia-old Indian tradition. The goal is to foster inner and outer balance and strengthen your health on all levels – physical, emotional, mental, and energetic. In my yoga class, you can expect a beneficial combination of initial relaxation, breathing exercises (pranayama), mindfully performed postures (asanas), and a deep final relaxation. The practice is enhanced by the use of singing bowls, musical instruments, and powerful mantras, which deepen the effect on a subtle level. My group classes take place in small, intimate groups with a maximum of seven participants – creating a calm, safe atmosphere where you can fully arrive in the present moment. For those seeking a practice program individually tailored to their needs, I offer private lessons – either at my studio or as a customized home practice. Options are also available for an active break at work, either in person or online. Find greater balance, vitality, and inner peace at your own pace – we are happy to accompany you on your yoga journey. Om shanti

Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a healing method of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that is thousands of years old. It is based on the concept that vital energy (Qi) flows through the body in a network of pathways (meridians). Blockages in this system can lead to physical and mental ailments. By strategically inserting fine needles, the energy flow is regulated – with the aim of relieving pain, activating self-healing, and restoring inner balance. Typical indications: Acute and chronic pain (e.g., back, joints, migraines), sleep disorders and exhaustion, digestive problems, menstrual irregularities and menopausal symptoms, allergies, hay fever, and skin problems, stress, inner restlessness, and emotional imbalances. Spagyrics – Plant Power in Harmony with Body, Mind, and Soul. Spagyrics according to Heidak is a modern form of alchemical herbal medicine. It combines the healing power of plants with a special manufacturing process that activates their physical, energetic, and mental effects. The individually formulated spagyric mixtures stimulate self-healing – gently, profoundly, and holistically. Typical applications include: exhaustion, stress, emotional strain, weakened immune system, susceptibility to infection, chronic complaints and regulatory disorders, support for psychosomatic issues, harmonization of organ functions and internal processes. Dark-field microscopy – The living blood count as a mirror to health: Dark-field microscopy is a fascinating diagnostic procedure in which a drop of living blood is examined under a special microscope. This allows indications of internal imbalances, stress, or regulatory blockages to be visualized even before manifest illnesses appear. The procedure provides valuable insights for targeted naturopathic therapy – individualized and holistic. Lanthanides, intestinal nosodes, and orchid remedies: In my practice, I use special homeopathic remedies that act on deeper processes – physical, emotional, mental, and energetic. These include lanthanides, intestinal nosodes according to Dr. Edward Bach, and orchid remedies according to Louis Klein. Lanthanides – Remedies for Clarity, Autonomy, and Self-Leadership. Lanthanides are rare earth elements with a specific connection to themes such as personal responsibility, inner order, and independence. They support people on their path to greater self-determination. Intestinal Nosodes according to Dr. Bach – Regulation of the Environment and Immune Function. The intestinal nosodes introduced by Edward Bach have a profound connection to the intestinal flora and its influence on the immune system as well as psychological well-being. They promote regulation in cases of chronic stress, allergies, skin problems, or susceptibility to infection – and support constitutional strengthening on a microbial and emotional level. Orchid Remedies according to Louis Klein – Remedies with Subtle Depth. The homeopathic orchid remedies according to Louis Klein affect mental development and emotional balance. They are particularly suitable for people in profound phases of transformation, during spiritual crises, or experiencing emotional overload. These remedies promote presence, integration of inner experiences, and the connection to one's own essence.

Naturopathy
Spagyrics refers to a special method of preparing medicines. Herbs and minerals are processed using traditional methods so that their essence can be taken in liquid form. The selected spagyric remedies are individually mixed for you in the pharmacy. The resulting spray is absorbed through the oral mucosa.

Kinesiology - The body knows the answer
Kinesiology is a holistic method that uses muscle testing to access the body's own wisdom. It helps to detect and specifically resolve physical, emotional, or energetic imbalances. The muscle test precisely reveals what burdens the body—and what strengthens it. This creates an individually tailored path to balance and self-regulation. Energy work—impulses on a subtle level: Energy work utilizes the natural vibrational fields of the body and consciousness to activate profound healing processes. It works on a subtle, invisible level—beyond words, beyond the intellect. This work supports balance in the energetic field, releases old blockages, and strengthens the inner connection to peace, clarity, and the flow of life.

ButtonSotaiho and Qigong Tuina - natural movement and inner rhythms
Sotaiho is a Japanese body therapy that combines gentle, pain-free movements with breathing and mindfulness. Its aim is to resolve muscular imbalances and postural imbalances that restrict energy flow and mobility. Instead of working against pain, Sotaiho follows ease – thus activating the body's own self-healing powers in a completely natural way. Qigong Tuina is a facial method. It regulates tension in the fascia and promotes the free flow of energy in the meridians.
