I have been a trainer in the fitness and yoga industry for almost 40 years – a very long time.
Yoga and relaxation have always been important in my teaching over the last four decades.
However, my observation at the moment, in encounters with my fellow human beings both professionally and privately, is that many of us are experiencing great unease and uncertainty regarding "everyday life & the future".
My personal feeling is that we need to strengthen our resilience more, to be in the here and now.
Yoga has offered this power for millennia.
